I travel to make films ; and through my films, I try to create life.
Though my roots are in the soil of Iran, I have walked many lands in search of folklore, myths, and ancestral stories ,tales passed down through generations, that inspire my cinematic storytelling.
In Iran, I created films inspired by ancient Persian mythology. In Africa, I spent time in an orphanage and collaborated with the local community to make a shared film. In Turkey and Georgia, I explored regional legends and brought them to life through a local lens.
For me, filmmaking is not just an artistic tool; it’s a journey into cultures, stories, and people.
